Brian was able to design the plan for this, thanks Brian! I am a beginner woodworker, but love to make stuff from pallet wood. It took me about 20 or so hours total to build the entire console, but over a long period of time as when I found time to build it. I followed the plans as best I could, but made some adjustments as I needed to. I didn’t care on straight edges or perfection, cause it is supposed to be rustic and I love that kind of look and it takes the pressure off of messing up. I made the barn door rail kit from using washers and bolts and cutting my own steel bar, it saved me lots of money and I felt better knowing I did it. I wanted to share. I’m proud of myself for making this and remember, I’m only a beginner, so please do not be too critical, it was for fun. Thanks and looking forward to making more. Please enjoy the pictures. Thanks again Brian!!!

  1. I love it! It looks amazing, and I don’t think I would have done anything differently. Just enough refinement to compliment the rustic look.
    Great job!
