The whole thing looks great, and that top looks amazing! Did you cut down and edge glue a bunch of boards to give it that brick effect??
We used six rows of 1×3 and one row of 1×4. We cut them down to 11 inches and one 6 inches. Sanded edges then glue with finish nails.
