Black walnut cutting board

Here is a quick black walnut cutting board I made for our neighbors as a holiday present. It’s a simple design, 16″ x 22″ x 1.6″. I routed a handle on each end and added 3/8″ tall rubber feet to help hold it in place and prevent damage to the countertops when setting it down. As we always do, I finished this black walnut cutting board with a heavy coat of mineral oil and then board butter.
